AMA Construction have started work for Diyar Al Muharraq Housing Development Co. S.P.C (owned by Diyar Al Muharraq W.L.L.) who plan to construct around 3,100 Villas and Infrastructure as part of the “Project Habitat”.

AMA Construction works comprises of the production of project documentation, project coordination, building and secondary infrastructure construction, testing, commissioning, statutory approvals, handover, maintenance and warranty of the complet associated to  Plots 22B.1 & 23A.1 of Project Habtat.

The Main Works Package includes the construction of the following project components:-

Plots 22B.1 (Project Duration 22 months)

•          581 Units of Type D11 Social Housing
•          47 Units of Type A1 Affordable Housing
•          Associated Secondary Infrastructure Works

Plots 23A.1 

•          480 Units of Type D11 Social Housing
•          36 Units of Type A1 Affordable Housing
•          Associated Secondary Infrastructure Works
